CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME & DAY USE ROOMS
- Check-in and check-out is 12 noon. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability
- Guaranteed day use between 09.00 hrs 16.00 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged one nights' room rate
CHILD & INFANT POLICY
Infants and children below the age of 12 years will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra bed. If an extra bed is required, then the above extra person rates apply.
ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY:
- Standard Rooms: Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra bed.
- Superior Rooms: Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra bed
- Suites: Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra bed
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- This website accepts payments in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Please note that neither Aitken Spence Hotels Managements (Pvt) Ltd nor the Hotel owning Company it represents on this website, will be liable for any exchange rate losses/gain due to any transactions/refunds processed irrespective of customer's credit/debit card currency.
- Payments may be made by VISA and MasterCard. Payments may also be made to our bank account in Pondicherry or by cheque payable at par / demand draft.
- Full refunds available on cancellations received 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
- In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund granted.
- No refund for cancellations on bookings from 20 Dec '10 to 10 Jan '11.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released unless part / full payment is received. For bookings please contact:
